1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup canned coconut cream (refrigerated overnight)
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tablespoon sweet cocoa nibs
1 Tablespoon coconut chips

Begin by adding almond milk, coconut cream and vanilla into a blender. Add banana and cherries and strawberries last. Blend until all ingredients are blended without any chunks remaining. Pour into a glass and top with coconut chips and cocoa nibs. Add a small skewer of pierced strawberries for flair, serve and enjoy!
